Shipping Information

We ship worldwide.

  • US / CANADA / EUROPE / AUSTRALIA - we need 1-2 business days to process new orders. Then 3-4 business days for the shipping. Your order will be delivered in 3-5 business days not including weekends.
  • MIDDLE EAST / EAST EUROPE / SOUTH AMERICA / AFRICA - The delivery time may take a additional days depending on the country of delivery. Maximum 10 business days. 

The shopping cart will automatically calculate shipping cost based on your zip code.

Once the order is shipped you will receive a notification email containing courier details and tracking number.

We aim to meet these delivery times but during busy periods (including sales) or for large order (over 3-4 items), the processing time may take an additional day or two. Please note that Secret Showroom cannot be held liable for any parcels that are lost or stolen as a result of any specific delivery instructions left for the carrier.

Shipping costs are non-refundable or eligible for store credit

PLEASE NOTE :

• We use a signed-for delivery service. Someone will need to be in to accept your delivery. If there is no-one in to sign for the delivery, a card will be left where you can arrange re-delivery or to collect from the depot.

• We recommend using your work address or an address where someone will be at home to sign for your package.

• We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

•  Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to weather, customs or carrier problems outside of our control.

• If an order has been placed for a specific event or as a gift, we recommend that a sufficient amount of time is given to allow for delays. We will do our best to accommodate your needs, but we cannot guarantee a delivery/shipping time.

• Please do not refuse any delivery. If you refuse your delivery without prior consent from us, or wish to cancel your order before delivery, then you have broken your contractual agreement to accept delivery of the goods you have purchased. You will be liable for all shipping fees in both directions, import fees and taxes. A 20% restocking fee will apply for any refused merchandise. These fees will be deducted from your refund.

• Although we do our very best to help clients avoid paying customs fees, occasionally they are assessed, and will vary by location and price. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges.
